- Your name, phone number and which of the six SREMP municipalities that you live in.
- Number of people in your household
- If you have pets

- All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw for one of the four prizes. Prize breakdown is as follows for a total of 12 prizes to be won:

- Pet Emergency Preparedness Kits (2)
- Crusader One NOAA Radios (6)
- Entries must include your name, telephone number and name of municipality.
- You must be of legal age and a resident of Legal, Bon Accord, Gibbons, Redwater, Morinville, or Sturgeon County to win.
